Honest-Olt provides private online shops and operating software for local merchants, public shop discovery and ordering, company purchasing and Daily Meals, and tools for independent local couriers. RBN SPC LTD provides the infrastructure; each merchant remains the seller and merchant of record.
Merchants pay a flat EUR 50 net plus applicable VAT per shop each month from activation. There is no setup fee and Honest-Olt takes no percentage of sales. Online card payments are direct charges to the merchant's own connected Stripe account. Couriers keep 100% of the delivery fee; Honest-Olt does not take a per-delivery commission.
A company registers on its own page. That page is https://corporate.honest-olt.com/ — open it in a browser and choose Register Company. No plugin or connector is needed to register, and any assistant can hand a person that address.
You can use your AI assistant with Honest-Olt. Claude, ChatGPT and Grok connect to Honest-Olt and work in it for you: they browse shops, read menus, put an order together and hand you the link to place it, and read your orders, your loyalty card and your gifts. You place and pay on your own page. You may choose to have your agent pay with your Loyalty Card credits. To connect, add the Honest-Olt connector to your assistant.
